Natalie is a warm and highly experienced Naturopath, Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist with more than 23 years in clinical practice treating men, women, adolescents and children for gut health, energy, mental wellbeing, hormones, thyroid function, inflammation and skin health. As a published, peer-reviewed author and former academic lecturer, Natalie combines current evidence with a genuine focus on understanding you, your health and getting to the root cause of what’s going on. Her approach starts with listening and uncovering: your symptoms, health history, pathology results, lifestyle and how your body systems are functioning. Your first consultation addresses your immediate concerns, plugs any nutrient gaps, and provides gentle diet and lifestyle support. Where helpful, functional medicine testing may be recommended to better understand imbalances behind your health concerns. Patients often say their first consultation is more comprehensive than expected and they leave feeling heard, informed and empowered. Natalie’s philosophy is simple: build strong foundations, educate rather than overwhelm, and make practical, purposeful recommendations focused on where they'll matter most.

Natalie has practised as a Naturopathic clinician for over two decades, supporting thousands of patients with concerns like yours. She loves helping people improve the way they feel. In 2026, Natalie contributed to an Australia-wide professional education series on women's health across the hormonal lifespan, from puberty through to perimenopause and menopause. This involved reviewing current research and clinical guidelines on heavy menstrual bleeding, painful periods, PMOS (formerly PCOS), endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction and menopausal hormone therapy.
Alongside clinical practice, Natalie holds postgraduate qualifications in tertiary education. She spent eight years working as an academic lecturer, teaching and supervising future practitioners in advanced herbal medicine, nutrition across the lifespan, and nutritional prescribing. This means the guidance you receive reflects current clinical training standards, combined with extensive experience. Her interest in evidence and research led to postgraduate research training and published peer-reviewed research on pragmatic approaches to symptomatic dyspepsia, including indigestion and reflux. Gut health remains core to her practice today, helping patients understand their symptoms, and providing practical tips to improve their IBS, bloating, constipation and digestive health. Outside of work, Natalie loves a nature filled bike ride, a cheeky chocolate and is the proud mum of three adult children who help to keep it real.
